KnockOutPediatricCancer.com seeks to raise funds to benefit Pediatric Cancer Research.

Our Mission

Two time Heavyweight Champion of the World, “Big” George Foreman is coming out of retirement to help “Knock Out Pediatric Cancer”.  His message is “Keep Punching”. 

Each year in the United States, approximately 12,400 children and adolescents younger than 20 years of age are diagnosed with cancer. Approximately 2,300 children and adolescents die of cancer each year, which makes cancer the most common cause of disease-related mortality for children 1-19 years of age. 
Texans are dedicated to curing pediatric cancer.  We are here to help.

Our Objectives

a) Release a compilation CD featuring prominent Texas artists to benefit The Children’s Cancer Hospital at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.

b) Organize and execute a pledge drive endorsed by Mr. Foreman in which individuals and corporations can donate/pledge to support these children in three areas.
1.  Research
2.  Facilities Development
3.  Financial Aid for Families

c) Develop additional strategies to utilize the celebrity of George Foreman to benefit Pediatric Cancer Hospitals. 

d) Inspire these children to never give up, to answer the bell and to “Keep Punching”.  They have to know that we support and believe in them.
                                                                                                 
4.0            Organization

KnockOutPediatricCancer.com, is a volunteer organization benefitting Texas cancer hospitals and research programs.  

KnockOutPediatricCancer.com is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Interal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

All of the proceeds will be used for the targeted goals without any deduction for salaries. No part of earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to its members, trustees, officers, or other private persons, except that the corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes set forth in Section 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0. No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, the corporation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or (b) by a corporation, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
